Privacy Policy — EliRin TikTok review

This policy describes the isolated TikTok review flow on review.elirin.ca, operated by InfoSoft Technology Inc.
Information used by this review flow
- Reviewer sign-in and access records: the verified identity identifier, review workspace, grant, session and security records needed to restrict access. Where Cloudflare Access One-time PIN is configured, the reviewer uses their own email to sign in.
- With an approved TikTok basic connection: an app-specific TikTok identifier, display name, granted scope, token expiry, encrypted access credential and an identity receipt.
- Technical request and audit information needed to investigate an uncertain result or protect the service.
The current identity request reads only open_id and display_name. It does not request TikTok email, avatar, videos, follower information, messages or analytics. Refresh tokens returned by TikTok are discarded.
Use and service providers
We use this information to demonstrate the authorized basic connection, display its locally recorded status, restrict the review workspace and handle security or privacy requests. Cloudflare provides the review hosting, access and database infrastructure. TikTok receives the separately approved authorization and basic identity requests. This flow does not contact an AI, advertising, email marketing or posting provider.
Security and retention
The implementation separates the review workspace from the owner application, restricts access and stores supported credentials encrypted. No system guarantees absolute security. Grant and execution-window limits restrict permission to act; they are not automatic deletion schedules. Review records are not automatically erased when a session ends.
Deletion requests are reviewed manually after identity and authority verification. We assess the affected records and explain the outcome, including any limited security or legally required records that need to be retained. We do not sell review information.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion through info@infosofttech.ca. Do not send passwords, PINs, tokens, JWTs or client secrets. See Data Deletion Instructions. You may separately remove EliRin's access in your TikTok settings.
